All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. Please specify a convenient time and date for delivery.

Terms of express delivery by city:
Larnaca: if the order is received before 11-00, delivery is possible on the same day. Please additionally ask the manager for the possibility of delivery.
Nicosia, Limassol, Ayia Napa and other places: delivery within 48 hours from the moment of order.

Pick up yourself from Larnaca is free

If you would like to pick up orders from our store, we will call you and let you know when your order is ready for pickup. You can pick up the order on the day of the order, including weekends and some holidays. Please ask the manager for more information.

The cost and terms of delivery are always subject to confirmation from the store manager.

Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
